Cheese using FLAV-ANTAGE® culture awarded

Highlight of LSC cultures through Alpinage Cheese first place in the “Open Class Semi-Soft Cheese” at the 2022 World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest. Alpinage Cheese managed to secure the first place with their washed rind, semi-hard alpine style raclette using FLAV-ANTAGE® culture.

Alpinage Cheese is a producer of Raclette cheese from Wisconsin, the state known as America’s Dairyland.
