Lallemand Specialty Cultures will be present at the MercoAgro and Tecnofidta Fairs

Lallemand Specialty Cultures will be present at the MercoAgro and Tecnofidta Fairs, taking place in Brazil and Argentina this September. MercoAgro and Tecnofidta are the most important fairs for the meat sector in these countries.

The MercoAgro will be held in Chapecó, the heart of the meat industry in Brazil. Brazil with more than 200 million citizens and Argentina with 43 million citizens are presently amongst the top five countries with the highest meat consumption in the world.  By 2030, it is forecasted that Brazil and Argentina will rise to be among the top three largest meat consuming countries.

The fairs will be visited by representatives from all Latin American regions, including Mexico.

The MercoAgro Fair will take place at the Tancredo Neves Exhibition Centre, from the 13th to 16th of September, 2016 in Chapecó (SC), Brazil. It is the biggest fair in Latin America concerning solutions and innovations in the processing and industrialization of meat.

More than 600 companies will be represented at the Fair and 35000 buyers from South America, America and Europe are expected to visit.

TecnoFidta will take place at the Costa Salguero Center from the 20^th to the 23^rd of September 2016 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. TechnoFidta is recognized as the meeting point of international decision makers in the food processing industry.
