Meat Tech 2018 – An increased visibility for the Lallemand brand

Lallemand Specialty Cultures (LSC) exhibited at the MEAT TECH 2018. The meat industry met in Milan for the second edition of the fair specializing in innovative technology and solutions for meat processing, packaging and distribution.Meat Tech LSC

Since its launch in 2015, MEAT-TECH has attracted the interest of leading companies from all areas of the meat industry. It showcases cutting-edge technology for all stages of the process, from processing (cutting, mincing and mixing) through to portioning and packaging. This includes complete lines, increasingly intelligent and flexible machines, materials and ingredients capable of adapting to all needs while fully complying with the strictest health and safety standards, as well as interesting offerings for product traceability in every stage of the process.

As a growing meat cultures supplier for the Italian market, exhibiting at this event was a logical step. LSC unique expertise and know-how were represented by several team members: Joerg Duepjan, Marketing & Business Development Director – Meat, Christiane Sarrazin, Technical Sales Manager South Europe and Samy Roubergue, Marketing Assistant.

LSC offers a complete portfolio for the fermented meat market: a large range of surface, ripening and biopreservation cultures.

The outcome of this event was successful as it increased visibility for the Lallemand brand and reinforced its image as a leading supplier for meat cultures in the Mediterranean and Latin area.
