Quality Management system

Quality management is essential in the production of food-grade microorganisms to ensure they are safe, pure, and effective. We have implemented a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in all our production facilities.

Our certifications, such as ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000, ensure high standards and guarantee the quality and safety of all the microorganisms and derivatives we produce. Several processes have been identified and their performance is regularly checked to ensure their efficacy.

The management review confirms the pertinence and efficacy of the Quality Management System in place, including the PRP and HACCP plan, audits, corrective and preventive actions, and quality indicators. Additionally, a monthly quality indicator assessment is performed for each process step.
